IN lawmakers move to limit student phones all day

Indiana lawmakers are moving forward with a proposal which would greatly limit student

cellphone use during the school day.

The Senate Education Committee passed Senate Bill 78 with bipartisan support. The bill would prohibit students from using personal cellphones and electronic devices from the start of the school day until dismissal.
