
OKLAHOMA CITY -Oklahoma lawmakers are moving to solidify a statewide cellphone ban in schools after the Senate passed House Bill 1276 on Wednesday. The measure would require all public school districts to continue enforcing “bell-to-bell” policies that restrict student phone use throughout the school day.
