
PORTLAND, Ore. (KOIN) – All Oregon K-12 schools are now complying with a student ban on cell phone use during the school day, according to Gov. Tina Kotek.
The governor visited Estacada High School on Wednesday after signing an executive order last year requiring the ban. During her visit, she got a sense from students of how turning their phones off and putting them away during the school day is going.
