
ANN ARBOR, MI – Michigan school districts have a few months to determine how they’ll implement a ban on cellphones and mobile devices during instructional time. Ann Arbor Public Schools has been weighing policies about students’ cellphones over the last year and half ― both piloting individual building practices to limit their use and responding to a parent group’s call for bell-to-bell ban on devices during the entire school day.
